mc_content read API

The single read API over the content database. Other surfaces — the 3D site, new pages, future scenes — read through here so a content change lands everywhere at once.

ENDPOINTS

• GET /api/health — liveness + database probe
• GET /api/content/manifest — every published block, keyed — what the 3D site hydrates from
• GET /api/content/pages — published page index
• GET /api/content/pages/:slug — one published page: meta layer + ordered blocks
• GET /sitemap.xml — generated from published pages
• GET /robots.txt — generated; /admin and /api/admin disallowed

Only published content is ever returned. This host also serves /admin, which is access-controlled.
